Thats all that came to mind. I ran two side imagers off my last rig and had no issues though?
as long as my batteries are in shape, i've never had a problem running my 24v trolling motor and 2 gps/sonars/livewells off my starting battery for tournaments

it has a shut off switch for it. I'm not sure when I'd use that other than long term storage or something.

head lights and lights in the inside so you can see the deck at night

I think 7 lights; radio, GPS Sonar unit and that's about it. No live well...yet. So we're looking at one battery for the engine, and accessories above.

do you turn your trolling breaker off when you store your boat?

if you have a radio i wouldnt run it off the starting battery, my buddy ran his dead in guntersville with the damn radio, had to go back to the dock to get another one

So you use it during a trip, when you stop to fish, you'd shut it off? or do you mean at the house between trips?

Well, not that it may change much, but I think they're relatively low wattage, just enough to see the deck at night. I'm going to take it out Saturday and check everything out. But even if I did, how hard do you think it would be to strip out the light wires and run to another battery?

Yea, the lights would bother me, but thats because its outside of what Im use too and havent used them.
I have a main kill switch on this boat for my cranking battery and use it every time I go/come home. Love it. Radios are known for drawing down when not in use and its not an issue with a main kill.

I would imagine it's the fuse/breaker on the circuit the trolling motor is on, am I wrong?
There is no fuse on mine
My fuse box sucks, I always have to play with them to get the lights and pump to work. I need to cut it out and replace it and all the wiring immediately around it.

Im thinking the switch on the side of the foot control. I never turn mine off or unplug it.

on my current rig i have a breaker located in the back of the boat, when it's on i can just press the switch on the trolling motor and it will run, if i turn the breaker off the trolling motor will not run...not sure if it makes a difference or not
eta: current rig does not have a plug like my previous trolling motor had

I always unplug mine when I get back to the launch.

Not sure I've ever had that. I refuse to use a foot control, so it's either unplug or nothing for mine.

Being plugged in is in the way if we're not using the trolling motor, so it would still end up unplugged even with a main power switch.

So here are some pics I took yesterday. The first one is that master shut off switch I mentioned.
The headlights and one of the 'cabin lights'. These are a dim red when turned on.
