I was browsing for some yesterday and ran across these on sale for $20. Worth a shot for that price
Edited: Now I’m just realizing that I ordered the sm/med and the L/XL is out of stock. Guess my son is getting heated socks in his stocking

The ones I bought off amazon didn't work. I just go a half size bigger than I need in boots and buy good wool socks.

I'm older now and my feet get cold!! . I got some Arctic Shield boot insulators. Put them over my boots and drop a rechargeable hand warmer in there and I'm good to go. You aren't walking with those things on. Slip them on when if get my climber set or when get settled in a loc on. I hunt late season with temps in the 20's.

This thread made me laugh and think about the ones my dad had me use in the 70’s and 80’s with 2 D batteries at the top. My dad was cheap skate and the batteries were always dead.
I hope the ones these days are better.
My MIL bought me some socks a few years ago for Christmas, believe the name was Wikwam, I think they’re synthetic wool. But they are very warm. Wore them all day in below freezing temps with tenny shoes chasing dogs and my feet never got cold.

Look I broke down a few years ago and purchased a pair of expensive socks. The name brand is call LENZ. Let me tell you. best thing I ever did. I have had these socks for over 10 years now and they still my favorite pair to wear when fishing and hunting. Very price though. But you can control the temp and control where you want the heat applied. Most socks don't go around your toes. These do. Even on top. Bight the bullet.

might try those. My son wants some. His hands and feet are always cold and first thing to go.

Wigwam. I have some too and they're great socks. Funny enough, also from my MIL...

I was looking at the muddy outdoors nucleus. How do the LENZ compare?
