Never once in my multiple deployments to Iraq (where they speak various dialects of Arabic) nor Afghanistan (where they speak all kinds of languages, namely Dari and Pashto) did I EVER hear ANYONE greet others with God is Great.
The “universal greeting” between Arabs, whether Muslim OR Christian, is ‘Peace be Upon You.’
Then you double down that Arabic is a language spoken in Turkey? Sure, it’s also spoken in the US and in Australia and spoken alot more in parts of US than in Turkey! Just take the geography/linguistics lesson and move on.
