I wouldn’t hesitate to drop em under the right circumstances. It’s a personal choice. Are you new to hunting then and this would be your best deer ever then sure go for it. Is it a youth hunt and a kid or teen about to get his first buck? Then yes. Are you old and don’t have many hunts left? then sure go for it. Are you somewhere (like central texas) that the population is robust and these fella won’t be missed? Then do it if you want to. If it’s a legal kill and it’s a legal weapon then who cares what others think. You and your crew make some ground rules and go get it. Having said that, personally I’ll only harvest a second buck in a season if it’s bigger and better then my first. Last week I took a nice 10 point with an 18 inch spread. I’ll keep hunting this year but unless something happens walks by bigger then I’ll take does till the season ends. Hope this helps.

There are tons of scenarios that can help to make this decision a lot easier.

1. You said this is private land. If it’s a parcel of land that you and your buddies know that y’all will have to hunt for years and years to hunt and you want to maximize the deers potential then all 3 of them deer are too young to be harvested.

2. If you don’t know if you will be hunting there two or three years from now and are paying $2k+ a year to hunt then shoot whatever y’all agree is “legal”.

I have a couple of older brothers that had this lease with a few friends. They made all these dumb arse rules and literally the next year the land owner said they didn’t want to lease it anymore. Passes on good deer that hunting season.

Other scenarios are size of land, pressure of neighbors, any chronic wasting disease etc.

How big is the property? If it’s not 20k acres then someone else will be shooting them.

A lot depends on the size of your tract and even more importantly your neighbors. I personally have 180 acres and going after mature is more important to me than rack. I try to go for 4+ year olds but know I've taken some 3 year olds. It's hard to tell most of the time for me between 3 and 4 but I've never been disappointed although I think I should've let some walk and got to excited. It all depends on what's a trophy for you

With proper management, Delta bucks can rival anywhere in the country. Enjoy your duck hunting, kill a few does, and let those in the pictures grow larger. You’ll never kill a big buck by shooting young bucks.
