Is there good places to fish in grand isle without a boat? Like piers or bank fishing?

Better add to your thread title or it will get anchored.
Yes there are tons of places to fish without a boat.
On the beach, lighted piers at Bridgeside and piers at the state park. There are also rocks off the beach at the state park. Also like mentioned above there is Elmer's island where you can drive out to the beach. Oh and there are numerous places along the side of the road on the way down there that you can fish from.
Surf fishing is the way to go IMO. I've never been a fan of fishing off of highly elevated piers.

Just pull up to any of the hundred or so camps along Hwy 1 on the island and pull up under them. It's preferable to find one with an ice maker and a downstairs toilet. Fish the surf directly in front of them.

Hit the bridges before the island. Look for moving water. Cast parallel with the bridge. Live shrimp Carolina rigged. Early in the morning I would throw some top waters. Tko shrimp or flukes on the bottom has produced.
