Well shoot, would a simple paper stating the two parties names, what is being sold, and signatures by both be sufficient? I'm doing this tomorrow and don't have time to get something notarized.

Anyone have an opinion on how long ARs may be out of stock after these recent events?
I'm specifically looking for a Stag Arms 2TL and I've called probably 8 different local businesses with no luck.
