You have to fish for 20 years to break even. The advantage of getting a lifetime license are never having to buy one every year and if you decide to move out of Louisiana, the license is still valid.

I'm going to bite the bullet and purchase a lifetime license just in case I do decide to move.

Adult lifetime is $300 for hunt OR fish. $500 for both

Me and all three of my little ones have them. Price break is at 4 and 14
