Purchased a glock right before the election and was delivered to a FFL dealer I have used once before in Denham Springs. Old man in his 70's in wheelchair but first transaction went without hitch and turns out he knows my family. He recieves the glock but atf puts me on hold due to the high number of apps at the time. After the week im told it will take to clear I call him and he tells me he is in the hospital for at least 3 days. Not a word since then, called, texted and emailed. It has been about 3 weeks since last talking to him. Been checking the obits and the guy is not dead yet. What would the OTB do? Am I out $550?

Did you use a credit card? Dispute the charge and start over?

Don't buy a gun w/O a concealed carry permit. There's no waiting for anything.
Having said that, I would call your Credit Card company and tell them the situation.

Can you go to his house/business?

If he knows your family, ask them if they have heard anything? Or if they have a better way to get a hold of him or his relatives?

His home address is likely public record if he is registered to vote . Look him up online and mail him a letter or go to his house.

I would pay a visit to his home.
