Need some pics, or preference on what y'all like. Went by a place today to check out the guys work and it's great but so many poses I have no idea. I think I like a semi sneak type or the standard left/right turn. What y'all like?

Mine are all left or right turn.

Slightly turned semi sneak showing off the better, or sometimes more unique, side

All mine are the exact same way I shot them - the alert position. Facing me with the ears straight up
I also get the taxidermist to make the eyes real shiny to mimick the shine from the spotlight

My first was mounted upright and is centered on the camp wall. Others are semi sneak with a turn

I want a full sneak next one I mount. It’s all personal preference.

I try to get the pose close as it was when I shot it.
It won’t be exact but if his neck was low sticking out or looking right or left.....it’s never over a corn pile with his nose on the ground though lol
you get the picture

Went back an forth for my last one and then my wife’s a couple years ago and the taxidermist kept recommending semi sneak.
He claims that is showed the big body which mine had and since I hadn’t ever mounted one I went with that. I’m glad I did because I have seen other poses and I think I’m glad i didn’t mount mine like that.

Wall pedestal is my favorite. Having my 3rd one done now.

I like the head fairly high. I could maybe do a semi-sneak but full sneak looks goofy as hell to me. May go with a wall pedestal for the next one though.

Damn. Didn't know they're were so many options out there.
I appreciate a shoulder mount, but I prefer European for simplicity.

Wall Pedestal - Semi Sneak

Wall Pedestal just seems to make the mount come alive. Son has an Antelope and a whitetail like that. Looks great.

I have 2 done, both semi sneak which is just personal preference. I just dont like the taxidermist that make them look ripped and muscular like they are on de3er antler spray or something
