yep, that's the way we do them... more of a sautee thing..Remember, I said YOUNG DEER.... you know the kind that the kids and grandkids bring in...Tender ribs.. Leave a little bite of the backstrap on each rib...

been out for a while so let me say hell yeah to the outdoor board.

We like to eat anything that gives you gas and bad breath.

Chili
pickled eggs (quail is you can get them)
beans
sardines
anything deep fried
anything with a roux
alka seltzer and pepto for breakfast
and we stay loaded

First weekend is usually a clean out of all the guys freezers...make a big stew and I keep cooking it till everyone is nice and loaded. Haven't made a bad pot yet.

Also, teal breasts wrapped with bacon, stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos are the go to appetizer. Never go without goody powders and tums either.

No scales/skin. For redfish, there always seems to be more blood along the skin. Just my preference.

at camp? hell, fried back strap with biscuits and white gravy is a good sunday morning breakfast before church also.


not A DAMN thing wrong w / fried backstrap..

Don't even need the gravy, but a biscuit is good to have
