Fall fishing wife friendly resort drivable from Lafayette

Been to Big Cedar Lodge and loved it. Is there any similar place that has fall colors, lake fishing, guides and things like Big Cedar Lodge has but closer drive from Lafayette?

Maybe Mountain Harbor Resort on Lake Ouachita. Fall colors would be peaking late October. Could get a striper guide
