Looks great. I got one in the freezer I need to cook one weekend. My first one came out great, my second one not so much.

Tell ya what to do. Dice up some garlic,celery and onions and put em in a skillet with a base of cooking oil. Cook em down on med/low heat for awhile then dump it all on your roast. Have your roast in a Dutch oven, and add 1/4 cup water, can of cream of mushroom (2 for big roast), little bit of seasoning and cut potatoes, carrots etc. cook in oven on 250 for about 6 hours. Thank me later.
