Lots of public land here but the logging companies have gates closing it to vehicles.

A lot of people around here use Mountain bikes to cover A LOT of miles.

To use them on public streets there is wattage limitation, seems like most places it was 750 watts, off road there is no limit, unless some of the parks and state and federal lands have one. A lot of the bikes have a dual use setting, low power for street legal and hi-power for off road. Most of the people I know that use them are 100% off road, steep inclines and rugged terrain are not a problem.
