I was driving this morning and thought of an annual skeet shoot, golf tournament, or something of the like to put on in his memorial. A big fishing/ hog killing/ wheeler ride/ beer guzzling/ shoot a thon may just be a much better way to accomplish this.

The thinking is 1) an afternoon is not enough time 2) many of us would like to include wife's and kids 3) None of need to drive for a period of time after said event...

It would have to be a weekend type deal somewhere. I don't think we can bring much of this crew out in public again. It would have to be on an isolated island somewhere and we would still need to hide the children and wives.

Scroll back a couple of pages, we were exploring a weekend at a state park. Prices for large facilies were very cheap, then Josey's dad said they possibly had a number of locations. A place where the kids could be kids and have fun in the outdoors and a place for the adults to cut up as well...

There are a ton of activities we like. No need to stress and try to get them all into one weekend.

That's what I was thinking . A weekend at the camp enjoying the great outdoors with great food at night with lots of friends while still cool enough for a big kick fire with Josey's iPod playin his favorite kick fire songs.
