I believe it. Last year we had some high waters from way off commandeer a friends blind he wasn't hunting that day, which wasn't a big deal, but they were blaring rap music. We finally had to go to tell them to turn that shite off. The blind's owner's brother was in his blind not too far and finally ran them out. dumbest shite I have ever seen. Young kids with their dads boat im guessing, and yes flat bills were present.
