Ol Phil R. back not too too long ago was trying to get legislation to allow mallards to be released here

Is DU stopping the robbins as well? What about the Mexican whistling ducks setting up shop in Louisiana now? I have seen a few white wing doves the last couple years in Louisiana. Definitely weather related boys. Give us a good drought in Missouri, Arkansas, Texas and we will have us a good shoot.
