Just got through half shelling 20 reds and vacuum packing them for my bro in law, payment for letting me hunt at his lease in Texas Its the only way I give fish away. Picking up 40 lbs of texas deer sausage tomorrow from Tramontes to give to customers for christmas gifts..cheaper than whisky and much appreciated.
