I’ve never dreamed of plucking a dove but after looking at that recipe today, I think I’m gonna get crazy and try it this year. It may also be good on teal.

We always soaked them in butter milk. Then chicken fried them in a skillet. Made white gravy . Then either over rice or mashed potatoes.
