These two don't have battery or any motor issues, ever...

DeWalt 18v cordless tools here. Built a deck with that lil cordless saw. I have 4 batteries and just kept charging them.

So'k, you have time to return it and get your money back before the remorse sets in.
I will say Ridgid's 12V JobMax is easily amongst the best of the cordless or corded oscillating tool kits.

I think for most home maintenance and the occasional duck blind they all serve the purpose well. I need three batteries charged and can get a blind built with my 18v Black and Decker...and I know it isn't top of the class.

Used to be really good drills. Had an older 14.4V that was a real solid drill and lasted until it was impossible to find batteries for it.

Yea im not using for regular home shite. I just liked how compact ridgid was and battery warranty.
