Anyone done any good lately? I went 3 weeks ago on the outside(Bay Lafourche & Black Bay and couldn't catch 1 keeper trout. Water was clean but no trout. Wound up getting 3 reds, 1 drum and 5 sheeps on the inside off Lake Calabasse.

Caught a flounder in oak river bay two weeks ago.

Caught a real good one a couple weeks ago in hopedale. It was 23” and 5.4 lbs

Caught 40+ trout around Lake Campo Saturday jiggin double rigged matrix shad. Very slow bounce in about 10 ft of water. THey did not like the quick pop.

What jigheads you using? I've been experimenting with different brands/weights. Trying out the Z-man eye jigheads.
