Had no idea. LINK

quote:

Agents received complaints by business managers concerning a suspect in a white pickup truck speeding through a resting flock of seagulls, and were able to obtain the identity of the driver through interviews, witness statements and surveillance videos.

The maximum penalty for violation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act is up to a $15,000 fine and six months imprisonment, and additional fines could be imposed for each bird killed, according to the release.

I may or may not have aimed my benjamin pump at a seagull.

Yes they are and they are the most annoying fricking bird on the planet. I was at Disneyworld with the kids and I was sitting outside. A family got up to go get napkins and shite and a flock of seagulls raped the tray full of food. Those thieving bastards left nothing for the family to eat. And it was hilarious.

I would like to see the OB turn their anger away from snakes and direct it at the seagulls.

I love seeing shite like that. Probably $50 with of food if it was inside Disney.

They have all kinds if stupid treaties signed to protect useless, overpopulated birds.

If only they were legal, imagine how much someone would pay to ride in the back of a shrimp boat with a case of shells, some beer and a lawn chair.

Bet it was one of them that crapped on me afterwards. Fricking nailed me on the shoulder of a nice polo shirt.

Unfortunately, they are usually in an open area that I can't test my hypothesis that they will explode in a similar fashion to a cormorant when whacked with my .17 HMR. If I had to choose which of the two to totally eradicate, I'm not sure I could-hate 'em both with a purple passion.

True story: I took an English elective, something about folklore and we had to read a book about dolphins around Brazil. Some tribe thinks they take human form and come rape the women of the tribe. They can also turn you into a dolphin and bring you down to their dolphin frick cave and make sweet dolphin love to you. Very weird book about banging dolphins.

You never want to be a dolphin's rape cave. You might as well drop the soap in Angola.
