I’m on the lower side of what rates are in my area. You can get a lot done with a dozer in 8 hours if you know what you are doing. You can also tear up land and/or an expensive machine if you don’t.

Additional questions, any issues with doing this in low wet areas?
Is it considered Wetlands by NRCS?
Anyone really worth their salt comes out at roughly 250-300 dollars/hr. I don’t know how the site and everything it partakes, but elevation, culverts, trees and other things need to be taken into consideration. I am in the middle of a 4 mile levee project right now. I also have a mulcher coming in tomorrow-Friday to creat fire lanes/roads in some old cutovers. Just had an aquatic excavator leave 10 days ago from creating/widening boat lanes. Shite gets expensive.

Yep. You got it. Roads go fast when there’s something (anything) already there.
My guy on a D3 dressed up and cut a mile of roads in a little over half the time than it took to make a new 1/2-ac food plot.
