Anyone know a ballpark figure for the cost to build a couple of dry slips like in the pic below? Looking at buying a camp and trying to figure out the value they add. Thanks.

One of the cost is how close the construction people are to you. It takes a good but of money to move that heavy equipment to the job site. Last time I price it bulkhead was running $100 lf, and about $350 for each large pole and $175 for the smaller ones holding up the deck...

i just had an estimate done for our camp....ballpark....

50' bulkhead
30' boathouse w/ decking on 3 sides
9,000 lb. lift with remote
4' sides on boathouse to match camp siding

Was right about $24,000

$350/$175 for the poles. Is that for just the poles or is that the cost of the poles plus them driving them in. I want to add a boat house on false river and havn't priced anything yet. Thinking of having someone drive the posts and building the rest myself. Thanks
