They still have kmart's?

In the hood. Most of their customers refer to it as the Kmarks though.

It's better than nothing, but probably won't be enough.

At your age and with this many problems with no apparent underlying cause you need to consider a full blown life style change. Otherwise you probably won't make it to 40. (Sorry for being so blunt)

I know I'm a little late, but grilled hamburgers, some chicken, and made chicken enchiladas.

Sippin on some Tennessee honey and sprite right now.

That's basically what I've been told. I need to change my diet, chill with the boozin, and start exercising. In other words change everything I do.

Bingo.

If you need help with that email me.

I'm also a personal trainer and will probably take my nutritionist certification over the summer. Theres no real reason for me to do that though other than I can and it make my patients trust what I'm saying more.

I'm thinking ill just start biking and walk my dogs daily. I'm pretty sure the only way I could be in worse health condition is if I was a smoker.

If you add "just gonna" to any of your plans they're probably not gonna be enough, know what I'm saying'?

You'd be surprised what some diet tweeks and some physical activity will do for you.

When I was 24 my blood sugar and blood pressure went all to hell. My blood sugar would take massive swings high and low and I had high blood pressure, one time the nurse couldn't even get the cuff to stay on it was so high. I am by no means overweight. I got on a good meal plan and quit stressing about every little fricking thing and within a year I was good to go, so far haven't had another problem, that was six years ago.

It takes work Jab, but you hang in there.

That's good to hear.

I'm gonna be fine, its just an eye opener that we all need to take care of ourselves.

I started back swimming today. Finally got the heater on my pool fixed. Tempted to start doing triathlons again, but that shite tore my body up last time.

I wish I had a readily accessible pool where I can do laps, that shits the best workout.

It's good workout, but it gets boring after awhile. I get vertigo when I've been in the water too long. It's nice knowing that I can easily swim a few miles if I had to.
