I tried to start back last week, but straining gives me severe tension ha's since my 4 wheeler wreck though. Not to mention my herniated disc.

Straight up body weight exercises and TRX bands before, during and after running.

I did a cycle of it, just used bands though, no weights.
I did a half cycle of insanity not too long ago before work and kids got the best of me and I decided to just go run and get away instead. I liked doing it, but clearing a space in the kitchen or living room with 2 kids under 6 running around isnt the easiest so I just go run 3 or 4 miles and have some me time.

I used to work out as soon as I got home from work, but my daugter's and nieces friends would sit in the room and watch me. Weirded me out. Now I hide out.

no Im being serious. I think that's just part of their culture, like not to take swimming lessons or something. Im not trying to sound racist.

You could reteach me how to swim, right after you provided maid services.

i did this last year I need to be more flexible to be able to do some of that stuff.
I plan on starting back with running and some weights training with my 20 and 25 ib dumbbells.
I remember a few years ago when I would do benchpresses with 100+ pound DB's. Old age and a bad back helped to stop that.

I've let myself go the last year and a half. Now I gotta get that shite back and better than ever. It's just slower than it used to be.

C'mon, doc, you gotta be a good example for your patients. That's one of the main things that motivates me.

Ihave been until recently. Injuries and the issues Mrs Hawg went through kinda derailed me. No excuses though. I've dropped twenty pounds since the end of duck season.

Whenever you think you've found a good excuse, think about these guys.
