Yep, 22. Just eat like shite to be honest. I don't cut back on anything.
I need to improve my diet, cut back on drinking, and exercise regularly. It's a wonder I'm not a fatfrick.

Just FYI. If you're 22 and got high bp and not really fat, they need to be looking for other causes of your bp issues.

Yeah, they did all kinda shite to me. Supposedly everything is normal. 
They switched me from my Effexor though, because that may spike my BP.
