Keeping it on topic....
Crawfish pie with tails I froze after the boil last weekend. Salad also. Drinking Mich Ultra since noon.
I asked this on the FDB but I'll ask here also...anyone ever put tomatoes in crawfish pie?
I'm kinda scairt but the wife says give it a try.

I was being serious about the tomatoes, although I would never put them in a gumbo or jambalaya I cooked.
