I'm thinking it may just be a better idea to ankle carry when I'm in work attire, if I can stand it that is. Unless I get a pocket gun.

That Kahr 380 is the real deal. My dad's P380 is the easiest 380 I have ever fired. It's tiny, but the recoil doesn't beat the hell out of you like an LCP.

Snag you a CW380. About $350 and worth every penny.

During summer i wear cargo shorts 95 percent of the time and some gym shorts the other. So i know i would have to have a single stack.. I wany thin and light.

In the summer time, I dress about like you. When wearing cargo shorts, I cc a Kel-Tec PF9 w/ a rear pocket holster in the right front pocket. The smaller single stack 9mm's work well for this type of cc. LINK I've seen where some carry a 9mm or 380 ACP in their rear pocket, but that doesn't work w/ any of my guns, even the Kel-Tec P3-AT. I don't like the P3-AT in the pocket of gym shorts as it seems to flop around a lot. Actually, I prefer using Remora holster and a Officer model 1911 w/ gym shorts. A small 9mm would work well w/ the Remora holster, as well.LINK

I hadnt seen anyone mention the kel tec pf9, any opinions on these?
As mentioned above, I have a Kel-Tec PF9 that's an active part of my cc rotation, especially during spring and summer. Mine has been totally reliable, although I've read some horror stories on the 'net. I don't believe everything I read on the 'net, but suspect that quality control at KT is not what it is w/ some of the other models I mentioned. I also didn't mention the Taurus 9mm (Slim) and the Diamondback 9mm for the same reason.

Since i already have the glock 23 i may get an iwb holster for it and carry it when im wearing the right clothes..

Stick that M23 inside the waist of your pants tomorrow and wear that way at home all day before you decide to buy an IWB holster for it.

I don't know many folks who use ankle very long before stopping it. Most find it uncomfortable and difficult to draw from.

Using a tuckable holster is not that big of a deal, once you get it on.... If you do it right no one will know you're packing. W/ the right gun,a good holster/holster belt, cc tucked should be comfortable.

My Kel-Tec P3-AT carried in a front pocket holster absolutely disappears in all my dress pants, but is not suitable for ALL jeans. A lot of what works or doesn't work for you will depend on your particular clothes, gun holster and body build. Unfortunately, despite doing research ahead of time, sometimes one can't know what works them until trying it out.

If you like the LCP, maybe go with the LC9. Do some trigger work and stainless guide rod from this guy:

Crossbreed IWB holster maybe?

You cant see my keltec p3at in a blackhawk pocket holster in my front right pocket atall. I know with several other pistols I have this is the best option for me. I'm into comfort when it comes to ling term packing. Think about comfort.

What do the XDS owners out there use? I'm looking at the Crossbreed MiniTuck and wondering what else is out there.

I know the picture isn't the XDS but that is the rig I have ... Constitution Kydex and all

I have twin Bersa Thunder .380's and love them. I like the side-mounted safety and it is pretty accurate despite its light frame.
