Turkey hunting, I was wlking across a bottom that was just below knee deep. Was walking very slow due to height of my boots. When I got close to the center, I was close to a stump. Before I knew what was what, that sucker tryed to hit me mid leg and missed about an inch.
Made me shite a brick.
I jumped back, BANG! Sucker was well over 5' long and thicker then my arm. I'm not scraed of snakes, but this one made me shite!
Had copperhead almost do the same thing bow hunting, but it almost hit me in the neck. Bitch was up in a tree and I was stalking a deer and was about to shoot a nice buck.
