My online standby's were SGAmmo, Targetsportsusa, Brownell's, Selway, and a few others. It doesn't really matter right now, as everyone is out of stock almost continuously, and when they get something it's too high a price.

Simmons Sporting Goods in Bastop has a pretty good selection of ammo. Yeah they are still out of some types but lots of pistol bullets in stock.

Price gouging would be allowing customers to order PMAGs for their regular $15 right at the beginning of a rush, the retailer realizing what’s going on, canceling orders, and then re-listing on their site for $75+.... which CTD did.
Capitalism is great in that it works both ways, sure a retailer is free to charge whatever they want, I’m also free to never spend my money at places that pull crap like that. So I won’t. Wont ever spend another dime at that store and I always encourage anybody who asks about them to do the same.
