What's the latest with them? Are they still planning on closing after this duck season?

They were working a few different options. Not sure the status though.

Talked to Bob a couple of weeks ago about it. He gave me the impression that they'll be able to work something out with the land owners and renew the lease. Don't know if it's wishful thinking on his part or what though. I hope he's right.

Though I heard something about the parish trying to buy the property between him and the canal.
