I'm sorry, I was just replyin to your post.

"A sense of outdoorsmanship was instilled in me at a very young age. I couldn’t imagine where I’d be if it weren’t for folks taking time out to show me how my actions as a sportsman affect the conservation side of things. We have an obligation to future generations to expand their knowledge and capabilities in outdoor pursuits so they to can expand on our conservation efforts.”

I figure a very early age is prior to him killing thousands of pounds of bass for prize money. My bad for reading your post, I shoulda known better.

Your hero, not mine. For some strange reason you chose a quote from Bill fricking Dance as your supporting argument

Wrong again.

My hero is my deceased grandfather.

I linked Bill Dance because he has caught more trophy fish than all of us combined. He has changed his ways and understands the value of conservation.

Ohh, so he didn't learn from a very early age.

Bill Dance hasn't not fished in a stocked private pond or lake in a quarter century. I find it telling that you are convinced he is now a great fisherman.

Most likely due to the fact that people over fish public places without practicing catch and release.

Wrong. I am convinced that he has caught more fish than both of us though.

I am looking for a scientific position from Roland Martin, Babe Winkleman or Fish Fishburne so I can match your standards for links.

The op stated that he doesn't keep the bass he catches, that he only kept this one b/c it was his biggest and wanted to have it mounted. That, by definition, is a conservationist.

oh, and i hope a sink hole swallows your parking lot that you don't let people park in.

You let people trespass on your land?

If so, you're even dumber than your post(s).
