I had picked up a blem GF3 ak in plum for $599 one time and could never find the blem. Also grabbed an akv9 when they had the deal with the bag and 10 mags for $999. Never been let down by a PSA product. Their dagger is sweet for the price as well

I pulled the trigger a couple weeks ago and got a g3 blem in green for about $600. As with you, can’t find a single blemish. Shoots great.
I really like the AK platform. Simple, just meat and potatoes. I see why it’s so popular to give to child soldiers around the world. I let my 10 year old run through a clip and he handled it with ease.

Here is my recommendation on PSA.
Get on ther email distribution list.
Monitor their prices and record them for a month.
Record the lowest you see for them (I did this for AR upper and Lower) and ended up with a $400 Or so AR. Happy with it.
Then watch them over time.
If the itch is getting to you and you think you want one before….say….march of next year but y ou think they will have one only $80 cheaper by July, just go ahead and eat the $80 and settle that catharsis of getting it.

PSA's are better than Zastava's, but just all but a few US crap builds are better than Zastava.
If you want a work horse get a WASR 10. Replace the wood with something better, not for looks, but durability.
There are better guns, but if you are looking at a $600 PSA an $800 WASR is a solid choice.
