Best places to buy flea and tick meds for dogs

We're on something like Simperica and my vet charges me more every time. Y'all have a good source for cost effective flea and tick? Two big retrievers that spend a fair amount of time in the woods.

Tell the vet you want the drops. They don’t tell you about it, then they’ll tell you they’re not near as good as simperica, but my aunt & uncle always ends up inheriting their kids’ dogs when they don’t have time for them. That’s what they do. German Shepard and Shepard/lab mix on the $12 drops from the vet for over 2 years now. Don’t know what they’re called.

But if you’re looking for flea and tick only, pet armor has the same ingredients as frontline. Had a mutt when I was 16 and I remember seeing it at Walmart, the pet armor box used to say “compare to frontline” and the vet said it has all the same ingredients. Looks like $30-$40 for 6 months worth right now.

Have you checked out Chewy.com to see if they beat the vets price?
Order on-line and they deliver in a few days time and if it's a product that is a prescription, then the vet has to send them a script for it before you can order it. They do keep the script on file for additional ordering.
