Best Handheld Spotlight?

What is the best handheld spotlight on the market without breaking the bank? Looking for something rechargeable, not too big and at least water-resistant but hopefully waterproof. How many lumens do I need to get a good beam of light out to 150 yards or so?

You don't need quite as much as what you think with these new leds
The light I carry every day in my pocket is a fenix pd32 2016 edition. It has a great mix of spot and flood. 900 lumens. 1" diameter 5" long. I think it's about $60. I don't remember the exact distance they say it throws but I can easily say it throws atleast 75-100 yards.
Rechargeable 18650 batteries power most high quality lights now and they are great.
My next spotlight will be a dedicated spotlight the fenix tk47. 1200 lumens, 1/2 mile throw it's really impressive. But it's going to cost about $150 with two batteries and the light.
All fenix lights are ip68 waterproof.

The Stanleys had good reviews on Amazon and are reasonably priced. Glad to get confirmation that they are legit.

Spot lights are kinda pointless for something like this with the badass pocket sized flashlights now. I’ve got a small streamlight and a LED Lenser will both throw light for a long way and fit in your front pocket.
