I’m glad. I’ve been going since the restaurant was a sears store. Ms Jeanette and my dad were friends for many years and I think highly of you and your family .

This is Bennny Vine. Just an FYI - We are working to improve our deer processing ops. Also have my dad back helping / directing operations. Hope we can get another shot.

I have to admit that I'm impressed!

Vines was so great about a decade ago. Not anymore because of the folks they have working there now.

Yep
Vine Bros has declined significantly over the years
Brad Alack in Independence does a pretty good job.

Double D south of Bogalusa has been doing it for many years. I’m not going to say they are the best but, they do make very good sausag.

Bergerons in Covington has fantastic burritos and ground meat mixed with ribeye fat. Sausage isn’t great there. Expensive though.

Gave them a try. Brought them a 160lb on the hoof deer. Got 55 lbs of ground meat returned $130. They seal it in plastic packs flat which should defrost quicker. I got 2lb packs. They also trimmed out my backstraps and deboned the quartered deer. Took 2 weeks. They grab your meat out your cooler so you dont leave your cooler. When you pick it up it is packed in wax lined cardboard boxes. In my experience, Cutrers and DD did that too. I used bruce at service meats for last 5 yrs but he wont debone it and I just dont want to do that anymore or I may as well just ground it myself etc.
