First step is check voltage of battery.

Found the fuse box. Wiggled fuses around then tried to start it. Lights came on but nothing else. Replaced all the fuses and tried to start it. Nothing. What now?

Get a meter and a bunch of beer and start poking around.

It’s still something simple...those fuses in that box is NOT your only fuse....make sure you have the brake pushed in while trying to start....keep looking for fuses. I suspect you blew a fuse or fuses when jumping...it’s going to be something simple

Fixed it!!!! When we replaced one of the fuses we must not have had it all the way in. Cleaned the area around the box and readjusted the fuses and now it works great. Thanks so much fellas. Really appreciate all the help!

No problem, another trick to check your starter to see it is turning over is get the battery and a alligator clip and ground the battery to the wheeler and touch the positive to the starter lug and it should turn over. That will bypass all the electrical components and just check the starter if you ever suspect it to be bad.
