Are the Large Mouths biting?

if so, what are they hitting on? Haven't had time to get out on the water so I'm just curious.

They've been biting a little in Stephensville. Topwater early and spinnerbaits/brush hogs later in the day.

Other than that I haven't heard much. The northeast side of Verrett (Alcide, Corne) was pretty hot a couple of weeks ago, but haven't had any reports from there in a while. Lots of small bass all around there, Stephensville, and most of the Spillway.

Been doing well between Bayou Black and Larose area. Mainly spinner baits and worm.

Yes in Destin, FL they are killing artificial lizards, broke back crank baits, spinner baits, tube baits, and especially topwater really late in the evening. Got 15 yesterday and 8 the afternoon before on said lure.

Stephensville is a mudhole right now. Along with the entire Belle River/Lake Verrett system.
