Looking for an action bar for a Remington 1187. Mine cracked years ago and I hate the gun I’ve been using the past few seasons.

I replaced mine on an old 1100 a couple years back. Got it from Midwest Gun Works. Looks like everyone has the same idea as they are out of stock. Maybe try an established gun smith as he might have some stock on hand.

The original Remington company went out of business 6 years ago and was separated & sold in various divisions: ammo, firearms, clothing/apparel, etc ...
calling Remarms (new company name for firearms) is a joke. A recording walks you through various teleprompts and then hangs up on you. Pretty sure PTG (Pacific Tool & Gauge) bought out the entire inventory of actions, bolts, barrels and parts for the Rem 700 rifles. Also, Remarms will NOT warranty, fix, repair, or replace original Remington firearms. They are a new business LLC that will only repair guns they manufactured.
Parts for an 11-87 will be found at places noted above: Numrich, Brownells, CFN parts, Midwest Gun Works, and Amazon for o-rings and screws
