What do you mean make one? You need some trimmed to length for a bow?

Or are you talking about making wooden arrows?

That's what I assumed...

How cool would it be to make a longbow and wood arrows and kill a deer with a real arrowhead you found? Surely that has been done.

Definitely been done before. There are dedicated hunters that knap flint into arrowheads, swage cedar shafts, and use sinew to assemble arrows which are used for primitive bow hunting.

There's people in the area that do this as a hobby.

I've been looking for an Osage tree for a few years to get a few branches to make another bow. Old hunting lease we had there was a fig ole horse-apple Osage along the road. I grabbed a few branches years ago but couldn't find the tree again last few times I checked.
