Wear rubber gloves when you set the snares.

Why not hunt them versus trapping? I don't hunt deer anymore, but absolutely love 'yote hunting. They are challenging to call in close and it's a hell of a blast to take a few in an evening.

I have one on my game camera at my house, and I have had 3 of my barn cats come up missing, I’m going to trap him soon

They really don't use the den except when raising pups. Then they'll move sites often due to pressure or fleas.

Not to discourage you but unless you have several thousands of acres that you plan to target with a vengeance you will have minimal impact on the population.
Go look up the QDMA article on the study that was done on yotes.
Basically as you trap them other packs move in and take over and the packs will respond to less coyotes with more pups. Kinda of depressing actually.

Not to mention the property next to use has large caged free roaming chickens that act as a damn dinner bell.

I know I am looking forward to it this winter. Yotes aren't very vocal here because it's like ringing a dinner bell for the wolves. I just received a foxpro and am waiting on my 22-250 to arrive. Hoping to get a wolf or two and some lynx as well.

My grandfather always planted about 5 acres of watermelons and cantaloupes. We used to hunt in his patch at night and were successful more times than not.
