Specifically a 28ga? I want to pick one up for clays, just wanted to see if anyone has any feedback before I do.

I was hoping one would pop up on a black Friday sale ad somewhere, but it hasn't happened yet.

I won a 12 gauge ethos a couple of years back. It is a very light gun but I do enjoy shooting it. I have always shot a 870 Wingmaster pump so it was a pretty big jump for me For the record I am not an avid shooter, not very good at it and have no business owning a gun that nice or expensive. All that being said since I won it off of a $10 ticket I would never get rid of it.

Have shot the ultralight 28 many times. It is great. No clue on the ethos though.

I have the 12 gauge.

Good gun for what it is. A light 12 that you can carry all day. Not a waterfowl gun.

I think I just read a thread you were very involved in from several years ago on shotgun world.

Definitely not looking to waterfowl hunt with it, just looking for another way to miss some clays. It looks like a beautiful gun, and felt great in Jim's.

I went and checked out the site you bought yours from, they didn't seem to have any 28s listed. Is it worth calling or do they keep Internet inventory pretty current?

Any other recommendations for online retailers that might be below map?

$10 ticket... I'm glad somebody gets to win those things, it's always a donation from me, I never win anything!

Reeds sporting goods in Minnesota. They go by Northern Firearms on gunbroker.

I’ve bought over a dozen guns from them. Berettas, Browning’s, and Benellis. I’m always surprised at how far under MAP they sell for. I bought a brand new Benelli legacy for almost $500 under MAP from them.

Thanks for the recommendation, they were the lowest I've seen anywhere. I wish I would have known about them years ago!

Buying from them is $150 cheaper than anywhere on gunbroker and is about $400 cheaper than Jim's after tax...
