I will add to this. I've been twice to H&H's Guayascate lodge. We Went this past May. First class experience all around. Food is wonderful. We went in 2015 and since then I've been trying to grill over open fire like they do in the field. Any way 7 of us (3 men and 4 women) killed just shy of 24,000. We will more than likely be back in two years.

Trek Safari, they book through H&H Outfitters. 7 awesome trips and counting. First class all the way. And, a bad day of dove shooting with H&H is 750 doves.

ETA: the three lodges that I have stayed at with them were El Colibri , La Portenita, and Guyascate (I'm most likely murdering all of the spellings)

Los Chanares is the fo shizzle.

Don't take a 12 gauge! 28 gauge is the ticket, and take two.

There is probably enough interest on this board for someone to put together an Argentina OB dove hunt.

one thing that I just remembered after thinking about it. Los Chanares claims that you will be shooting within 5-10 minutes of the lodge. This is a great advantage compared to where I went. We would have to drive an hour and a half to some of the fields we hunted. I don't remember any ride to the field being less than 30 minutes in the 2 trips I took. I think a lot of other outfits are similar in regards to driving to the fields. Just something to think about

I don't quite remember the costs, but I would think you would need 6,000 to purchase the hunt, pay for extra shells, by your flight, and have spending money. don't quote me, but it could be less or could be more. Just be prepared for that range.
