Got a report of blue wings holed up in Lee’s creek not far from the Pool’s bluff rd launch, but others were there scouting also. It’s going to be popular Saturday morning. Good luck to all chasing birds this weekend and God bless the ones in the storm path.

How's ya'll grass lookin? A lot of areas around us is slim pickns...

Salt water last winter screwed the area up pretty bad. We are fortunate right now, as our property has about 70% of what it usually has, but our neighbors only have about 25%. Only the coves have grass, the big open lakes are vacant. Not good for the ringers or coot.
We're in the same boat as your neighbors. Between the saltwater and the floats shifting around, the grass didn't come back nearly as much as usual. There are pockets of it and most of the area has grass. It's just not thick carpet on top. Seems thin and under the water.

No teal reports from Easterlyn Bend, but I’ll make a couple calls and get back with you.
