Imo whoever is there first is who has the right to fish it unencumbered unless they give the okay to join them in. If they're fishing a pile 40 yards from their dock, the boat should give them that area but the bank/dock apart from the pile should be fair game so long as it's not intruding on the other guy's ability to fish his pile. Crossing lines or yelling/harassing other fishermen shouldn't happen if all involved show some courtesy and sportsmanship.

Boats sharing spots happens all the times in the Elites and BPTs. Boat #1 on Day 1 allows Boat #65 to fish with him, Day 2 Boat #65 gets there first due to the staggered start and returns the favor and let's Boat #1 fish with him.

We should start a facebook FalseRiver Brush Piles.

Then show pics of the fish caught off the brush pile.

Have a gps point under the pic.

This should get the blood boiling of a few people.
