Anyone have any experience with this UTV? Looking at the crew cab L7 model. I know everyone is usually stuck on the big names due to the Chinese crap but this one is American made with a kohler engine. I’ll just be using for hunting and light duty work around land. Supposedly 2021 is completely revamped suspension. Went and looked at one in stock and really liked it, much better pricing than most other side by sides. I’ve looked all over internet and there is mostly good reviews with a few negative mixed in so thought I’d ask if anyone had real world experiences.

i know the search function isnt the best but there was a thread few months ago and that was mentioned. Think the thread was about battery powered golf carts/UTV if that helps search

We had one that my MIL won in a raffle. It had the Honda engine on it. It was not stable on inclines and was very lacking on power . I know it’s not a kubota or Polaris and didn’t expect that type of machine. It was loud and slow . She gave it away last year to her brother because no one used it here.

We bought one about 10 years ago so my children would have something to basically learn to drive on. As one poster said, they are loud. Our Landmaster has been left at the in-laws since we bought it and it has been fine. They have a lot of property so they use it like a farm vehicle. As long as you don’t plan to go mud riding everyday it will do well. Just do not buy one thinking you are getting a Honda or Polaris.

I wanted to give an update. I did a ton of research on these machines and the 2021 models are a brand new line that has been changed to shift more from farm vehicle to being more in line with the bigger brands. They completely redesigned the suspension and widened the wheel base. Their production is out of Indiana now and they claim 85% American sourced with 100% American assembly. I test drove the 4wd L7x after looking the other day and was impressed enough to pull the trigger. It has 1 year bumper to bumper and 3 year on the kohler engine. Front and rear tow hitches with 1500 towing capacity. It will run around 35 mph, took it for a spin when I got home and it’s got plenty of get up. Here’s the one I bought, out the door for 14,600

700cc. I’m really not sure about governor. For my use I’ll never mod it so my research was more geared toward reliability. Here is the link to the features. LINK
