Pretty sure 200,000 btu would melt your pot. 20,000 BTU is pretty normal for a home kitchen stove and 30-40k for a commercial kitchen.

This apparently, I was wrong above. I looked up a couple other burners and they were around 200k.

regulators might be different, pretty sure thats not a typo

go to the brand names website, it is still says 21k then the regulator difference is what makes it a stove instead of a high output burner

Both have 0-20psi adjustable regulators.

if both regulators are the same, and the same burners then they will have the same btu output. the way they decide btu output scale varies a lot so a 1k difference is like no difference at all of that is a typo

but i would still call the customer service number just to be sure its a full burner and not a low output stove before buying it

A jet burner can do everything these burners can do, but these burners cannot do everything a jet burner can do. Get a jet burner.

Just make sure whatever burner, it has few or no bolts

They will rust out and then ya gotta hot pot of water on your feet.

Not good................
