Go pull up a map of most public land in LA, excluding some places like Kisatchie and Maurepas the Wax etc, you can't hardly go 1 mile in any direction without hitting a road or ATV trail. Quite comical
I like the idea of ATV trails for disabled folks or for retrieving game. I was in west bay last weekend and you can't go very far without a logging road or trail that folks drive their fourwheelers on.....is it legal to access like that on a wma if it isn't marked on the map or trailhead?

Post the lake and location. If it's good for duck hunting the number of lurkers that will show up will frick the old dude.

If it isn't on the map of the WMA, you can not drive down it with anything. Sometimes, on the logging roads that get driven on repeatedly, LDWF will spray paint red "x's" on trees near the entrance.
