Now that was mean. I'm still sensitive about exactly that. Already got a few bolt guns in 308 so wanted to try something...different. Now finding ammo for my different gun is a pain in the arse!

It could be worse. you might have bought a 32 rimfire.

No I have not. I have a grendel but also know that i have put 10 rounds through it in the 6 years I have owned it.
I also dont like getting raped for ammo prices so I choose not to buy it. I am not a prepper or a hoarder.

Appreciate the offer but I'm OK right now. Have a few boxes of Hornady black and don't plan to hunt with the 6.5 again until Fall. Thread was mostly just me bitching about that specific ammo lack of availability. As if another thread bitching about that subject were needed. 
I'll hunt pigs with my AK or 308 bolt gun in the meantime.

I don’t have the gun anymore. I’d rather a good old OB BAW get them for a decent price then put them on the webs.
