IMO the only reasons to get a .380 is either a PPK for nostalgia or a LCP-varient for the micro concealment use as a "face gun"

Zero carry is obsolete.

If you don’t like belly-carrying a 9mm, then you don’t carry at all.

My job doesn’t require me to carry but I keep an LCP in my slacks pocket and I think it keeps me safer than zero carry.

More guns carried by good people are good guns.

I have a Sig P238, upgraded with VZ grips, Hogue mainspring housing, mainspring, & improved sear spring. Great little guns but you do have to find ammo they like, mine is happy with Hornady Critical Defense and regular 95gr ball ammo. I tried some heavier JHP and it didn't like them at all.

I own one .380--The Smith and Wesson Bodyguard 2.0.

That's the only one I ever considered buying. It's incredible.

Truck gun?

You Need some kind of tricked out AR pistol that can hold off the whole gang Baw...

But seriously,
Why do you want a super small gun in your truck?
Id get a Glock 19 size 9mm and call it good .

LCP is the best 380 for pocket carry in my opinion, but for a truck gun I would go for a full frame pistol with 9mm or 45acp.
